ZUMBA WITH SASHA
Overall Goals:
This Zumba series is the perfect way to start the new year, by reconnecting with your body through movement, music, and community. Trauma is often stored in the body, and intentional movement can help release stress, tension, and held emotions in a safe and empowering way.
This class is all about joyful, self-paced movement. No pressure, just music, fun, and freedom. Alongside movement, it fosters connection and community, offering a welcoming space to release stress, reset your energy, and move together.
This is a co-ed group for ages 16+ | Must Register – Limited Space!

TRAUMA-SENSITIVE YOGA WITH AMY
Overall Goals:
This Trauma-Sensitive Yoga series is designed to support healing, grounding, and reconnection with the body in a safe, inclusive, and empowering space. Trauma-informed yoga emphasizes choice, consent, and self-awareness, allowing participants to move at their own pace without pressure or expectation. Rather than focusing on performance or achieving specific poses, this practice prioritizes nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and cultivating a sense of safety and control within the body.

WHOLENESS COLLECTIVE BOOK CLUB
Overall Goals:
Our book club aims to foster personal growth and healing through reading. By providing a supportive space, we help individuals explore self-love, healing, and personal development. Participants will connect, share reflections, and support one another through the themes explored in our monthly book selections.
We will meet virtually twice a month and stay connected through a group chat.

WHOLENESS COLLECTIVE ART CIRCLE
Our art circles are here to offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to connect with others and express themselves through art.
Overall Goals:
Our art groups aims to foster personal growth and well-being through creative expression. By providing a supportive environment, we help individuals develop healthy coping mechanisms, build self-confidence, and strengthen communication skills. Through art, participants can explore their emotions, connect with others, and discover new aspects of themselves.
We will have one offering per month for each age group.

FINDING HOPE SUPPORT GROUPS
Finding Hope Support Groups are designed for adult women (18+) who experienced sexual abuse, especially as a child or teen (occurred at 18 years old or younger). With Finding Hope, you can find confidential support with survivors who understand what you have been through and move forward on your healing journey. These groups are led by survivors for survivors. You are not alone.
