PILATES WITH TANIA

Overall Goals:

This Pilates series offers a gentle way to reconnect with your body through intentional movement, breath, and mindful strength. Trauma is often stored in the body, showing up as tension, tightness, shallow breathing, or disconnection, and Pilates provides a supportive path toward releasing held stress while helping regulate the nervous system. Through slow, controlled, breath-centered movements and core stabilization, you build not only physical strength but also a deeper sense of safety, awareness, and empowerment in your body. Each exercise encourages choice and self-trust, making it especially supportive for those on a healing journey. This class is rooted in mindful, self-paced movement with no pressure to push beyond your limits, just space to ground, realign, release tension, and reconnect with your inner strength in a welcoming, trauma-informed community.
